DataGen is a fast-growing technology company, creating synthetic data for the largest companies in the world that are solving deep computer vision problems. We’re looking for a creative and versatile Product Designer to join our growing Tel Aviv team. This is an amazing opportunity to help build a sophisticated platform from the ground up that will be used by a wide range of customers, work cross-functionally, and own a wide range of design functions.
In this role, you will:
- Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to gather product requirements, understand user needs and behavior, and generate specs for our product roadmap
- Break down complex user journeys and tasks to find simple, efficient solutions
- Define user flows, create wireframes and full designs that are smart, intuitive and beautiful
- Work with front-end and back-end teams to implement your designs
- Design any materials needed to support marketing needs (decks, documents, etc.)
- Manage high-priority project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
For this role, you should have:
- 5+ years in an end-to-end (UX and UI) role at a product-based company, preferably in the B2B/Enterprise/SaaS space
- Experience designing complex web applications in highly technical domains
- A talent for communicating complex concepts to a range of audiences
- Fluency in Sketch, Photoshop, and Figma
- A data-driven approach to design focused on constantly improving user experience
- The ability to contextualize your designs within high-level, strategic business goals
- A passion for constantly learning about the latest UI/UX trends and best practices
